Mentoring New Workers

Paul always took someone with him in ministry to mentor them and show them the ropes (Timothy). Every experienced leader in the church should be in a mentoring relationship with a Timothy. 2 Tim 2:2 admonishes us to this task of multiplying leaders. Who are you mentoring? Who are you coaching to effective service to Christ? The cycle of reproduction is often short cut when someone fails to invest in the next generation. We are committed to this coaching investment.
