Peer Coaching

Peer Coaching takes place when at least 3 people chose to meet regularly to grow together. Reggie McNeal says that what we need for ministry today has not yet been written down in a book, but is being discovered by those currently in ministry. The environment of peers gathering together with common interests and context brings a richness to the learning process. Groups are meeting all around the District in this kind of learning community. Training is offered periodically for coaching skills that are applicable to a group’s effectiveness. These groups are most productive with less than 6 but at least 3 members.
