Personal Coach

Excellent leaders are constantly learning and growing. We do this best when we have someone asking us good questions, encouraging us to higher levels, and providing resources when we need them. Tiger Woods has 7 coaches because he believes he still can improve. Pastors and other leaders in the church have so much to gain through a disciplined coaching relationship. The District has invested much time and resources in the equipping and certification of coaches for church leadership.

Our goal is to provide a high quality coaching relationship, 1 on 1, to every pastor who is willing to invest the time. Some coaching will come from experienced pastors and some will come from Regional Team Leadership. And for some others, coaches will be contracted from resources in the Christian community. We believe this is the greatest way the District can impact leaders and we will focus the bulk of our effort to this end. Please contact your Regional Team Leader if you are interested in a personal coach.

Personal Coaching is holistic in its approach and will cover spiritual formation, family life, priorities and time management, life plan, vision, and ministry plan.
