Multiplied Impact
When a church has leadership excellence building a strategic ministry, the outcome will be multiplied impact. The way this would look in the Metro District would again be three key points of engagement:
- Church Multiplication Network/Church Planting
- Missions Partnership
- Compassion Ministry Partnerships
Church Multiplication:
This can take place in many different ways, but a strategic ministry will be involved in church multiplication
Missions Partnership:
When a church is connected with a mission field in a partnership relationship, they are multiplying their ministry oversees.
Compassion Ministry Partnerships:
In order to fulfill the heart of Christ to care for the orphan, the widow, heal the sick, bind up the wounded, feed the poor, etc. we must be connected to the urban and under-resourced areas of our districts.
