Lake Champion Registration is Now Open!

This year registration will be online. Here is the new process:

1. Fill out the Online Registration Form
2. You will need a church check number in order to submit the form and secure your spots.
3. You will then receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
4. Print the Release Form for your students and have their parents/guardians fill them out. (Remember for insurance purposes please bring a copy for yourself and a copy to give to our staff when you check in for each student in case of an emergency.)

• March 27-29 Sr. High

• April 3-5 College and Eastern PA Jr High

• April 3-5 Jr High (Eastern Pennsylvania Churches Only)
