Ministry Coaching

The Metro District is committed to providing a coaching relationship with every pastor that desires one. We believe that Spiritual Leadership is greatly enhanced and developed through life on life soul talk conversation that takes place regularly. The primary form that this has been structured in the district is through what we call 3KeyCoaching.

What is “3Key Coaching”

In 3KeyCoaching, there are three key questions that will help you achieve personal growth.  These are the 3KEY ® questions:

• Who am I becoming in Christ?
• Where is Christ leading me?
• How is Christ leading me there?

The 3KEY® influence everything we do.  Answer these questions intentionality, fully informed by faith, and you can experience tremendous traction and growth.  The 3KEY® build on each other.  Self-discovery and self-awareness give us clues to where we are going and how to get there.  With increasing clarity about where we are going and how to get there, we can choose the right things to pursue in our daily activity and set the priorities that will give us the results we desire.  Everything begins with seeking Christ for our lives.

How do I get involved in 3KeyCoaching?

If you are interested in knowing more about coaching or you are interested in having a 3KeyCoach, please contact your RTL (Regional Team Leader). They will be able to assist you in the process and get started.

3KeyCoaching for Spouses of Pastors

Spouses of pastors are critical leaders as well in the life of the local church. For this reason, 3KeyCoaching leaders are being developed for spouses as well. Our capacity is currently limited but growing. Speak with your RTL about what may currently be available to you.
