Strategic Ministry
Leadership excellence develops strategic ministry. It is understood that our focus must be on leadership excellence. However, even though the church is lead by leaders, the church is an organism/organization and strategic organization must be addressed. The church will be effective when forming a triangle of strategic ministry. The three corners of the triangle are:
- Yearly and regular assessment of effectiveness
- Develop a strategic plan
- Missional strategies to reach the community

The District wants to develop a culture of strategic ministry that involves every church in the District working on these three aspects of the triangle. Just as a person will prosper from a yearly check up, so would every church. There would not be a specific program, but a church would develop their own systems. The district would offer tools and instruction through the ongoing coaching relationships. The district would build a tool box of resource to assist churches in completing their own triangle as God is leading them. Some tools already in our box and available are:
- NCD survey (Natural Church Development)
- Sonlife
- MCN2:47 (Multiplication Strategy)
