Dr. Reggie McNeal enjoys helping people, leaders, and Christian organizations determine and experience epic wins with Kingdom impact. He serves as the Missional Leadership Specialist for Leadership Network of Dallas, TX.
Reggie served in local church leadership for over twenty years, including being the founding pastor of a new congregation. His past experience also includes being a denominational executive and leadership development coach. Reggie has lectured or taught as adjunct faculty for multiple seminaries. He has also resourced the United States Army Chief of Chaplains Office (the Pentagon), The Chaplains’ Training School (Ft. Jackson), Air Force chaplains, and the Air Force Education and Training Command. Reggie’s work also extends to the business sector, including The Gallup Organization, in addition to his role as an advisory board member for several ministry organizations.
Currently Reggie is working with community leaders around the country to build cross-domain collaborative efforts that can move the needle on big societal issues. In addition he provides coaching and consultation for individuals and teams in becoming more missionally-focused and Kingdom-biased in their ministry approaches. Reggie has helped to shape the church leadership conversation through his extensive speaking schedule and work as an author. Reggie’s latest book, Kingdom Come: Why We Must Quit Our Obsession Over Fixing the Church and What We Should Do Instead (Tyndale, 2015), challenges the church to shift its narrative from a church-centric to a kingdom-centric storyline.
Reggie and his wife Cathy make their home in Columbia, South Carolina.
Tim serves as the director of Envision, providing oversight for the Envision office team in Colorado Springs, as well as 20+ sites and teams around the world leading ministries. Tim and his wife Rachel have been married for 15 years. Tim loves to play with his two boys, eat sushi, watch Cleveland sports, and go for runs on the beautiful Colorado trails.
Rev. Charles O. Galbreath
Senior Pastor Clarendon Road
The Reverend Charles Oliver Galbreath, affectionately known as Pastor Charles, serves as the Senior Pastor of Clarendon Road Church (CRC) in Brooklyn, New York. In addition to his responsibilities at CRC, Pastor Charles also has the privilege of serving as the Director of Field Education and as an Adjunct Professor at Alliance Theological Seminary in New York City. He currently serves on Brooklyn Borough President’s Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Community Partnerships and SUNY Downstate Medical Center’s Community Advisory Board. Pastor Charles is also the Treasurer of the 67th Precinct Clergy Council, a member of the District Executive Committee for the Metropolitan District of the C&MA, Vice President of the Association of African American Church of the C&MA, and has served as Co-Chair of the 45th Council District Committee in Brooklyn, NY.
Pastor Charles is married to his college sweetheart Flobien Vidal Galbreath. Together they are the proud parents of their son, Charles Oliver Galbreath, Jr. (C.J.) and daughter, Malia Marie Galbreath.
Bruce K. Terpstra

Dr. Bruce Terpstra, has 36 years of ministry experience. He is a veteran of 13 years in denominational leadership and developed more than 70 new churches in the New York metro area, and gave oversight to almost 400 pastors. He holds a doctorate in Leadership Development and is also the founder of 3keycoaching.net and President of Changed2Lead. He has recently published his first book 3 Passions of the Soul.
Rev. Kelvin Walker
Senior Pastor Bedford Community Church
Kelvin Walker was born and raised in Oyster Bay, Long Island. He currently serves as lead pastor of Bedford Community Church, in Bedford Hills, NY. Prior to becoming the lead pastor at Bedford, Kelvin served on staff at churches in Girard, PA, Virginia Beach, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, and most recently as the Campus Pastor at the Rockland campus of Nyack College.
He has been a licensed official worker with the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) since 1988, and has been ordained since 1990. He is in his second term as a member of the C&MA Board of Directors, and was recently elected to another 2-year term as president of the Association of African American Pastors, Consecrated Women, and Licensed Workers of the C&MA. Locally, he serves as the corporate secretary of the Emergency Shelter Partnership of Westchester, and as one of the chaplains for the Katonah Volunteer Fire Department.
He has a Bachelors in Sacred Music, a Masters of Professional Studies in Church Development, and is working on a Doctor of Ministry (ABD) at Alliance Theological Seminary. He and Doni Vargas-Walker, the beautiful woman to whom he has been married since 1989, have three handsome sons, three beautiful daughters, one phenomenal daughter-in-law, a great son-in-law, and a wonderful daughter-in-law to be.
Worship Pastor Risen King Alliance Church
Gabe is the worship leader at Risen King Alliance Church in New City, NY. Gabe was born and raised in northern Kentucky/greater Cincinnati. He served as a missionary to Grenada, West Indies for two years before attending Nyack College where he graduated in 2007 with a BA in English. He met his wife, Ashley, at Nyack and they now have four children: Jack, Lucy, Gabe and Noah. With over 15 years of Worship Leading experience Gabe is passionate and devoted to cultivating a Spirit-filled worship experience each Sunday. Gabe teaches English and coaches Middle School Basketball in Newark Public Schools full-time.
